By using our Services, you are giving express permission to Double Down Software LLC to download, upload, capture, transfer, process, transmit, store, use, and provide the software and storage services described above (the “Double Down Software LLC Software”) for the purpose of delivering the Services. Monitoring of the Services

Double Down Software LLC has the right, but no obligation, to monitor and record the performance of the Services, including telephone calls and usage of the Double Down Software LLC Software and you hereby acknowledge and agree to such activities.
